Little rant here really, I paid eBuyer a premium for a guaranteed next day delivery. They did not even raise the ticket with their delivery company. I complained and they said I would have to wait 48 hours before they would resend it!

The guy lied to me saying it was a legal requirement for this investigation and the were not allowed to issue a replacement in the mean time. I said what rubbish that was as Amazon will resend a product and ask that you simply return the additional one if and when it arrives.

OK I got a little irate when they said this so I asked who I complain to and they just kept me on hold on a premium rate number for 15min and then put the phone down!

Don't buy from eBuyer if you expect good customer service! They don't care.
